Day 8 (May 28th) North to Stockholm. |

Our first stop was the Gota Canal. It was a cool and rainy day so we all looked for places to eat. Meanwhile, back on the bus, Lisa and Sonja had yummy pastries for us. |

The Gota Canal goes
east-west completely across southern Sweden. Not only boats use it.

|
| After getting settled at our hotel, the Wellington, we took off for a walking tour of Stockholm and Gamla Stan (the old section of the city.) |
